For many years we have been caring for second homes and rental properties; ensuring upkeep and security throughout the year. Under our contract Var Villa Holidays provides the following services:

  • Key holder of the property.
  • Emergency call out for the property. Complete security check.
  • Interior: water, electricity, phone lines, windows.
  • Exterior: doors and shutters, check out buildings, pool,
  • Letter boxes: emptying when necessary and forwarding important mail.
  • Notification will be sent via e-mail after each visit stating the general condition of your property.
  • You can choose the frequency of the visits.

Pool

The swimming pool is a vital part of your holiday home and it is imperative to keep it well maintained, not only for the open summer months but also during the closed winter months. Annual maintenance keeps the pool in good working condition.

Pool Services :

  • Cleaning, water level maintenance and chemical control for the duration of the open pool.
  • Closure and winterising of pool with winter chemicals, winter cover.
  • Reopening of pool.
  • Maintenance of all equipment related to the running of the pool.
  • Installation of pool safety/security equipment; fencing or alarms.
  • Installation of pool heating systems.
  • All pool repair work and constructions.

Maintenance & Management Contracts

Fees

Everybody’s requirements are different, therefore at Var Villa Holidays we offer personalised pool contracts which cover monthly maintenance, opening and winterisation of the pool.
8 months open period, 4 months closed period.
12 monthly period; various visits required to maintain optimal pool function, including pool chemicals.

Gardens

A well maintained garden shows the owner cares for his property and keeping it maintained all year keeps the property from looking empty through the closed season, which is important if you are absent for any length of time.

Gardening Services :

  • General maintenance of the grounds, flower beds, pathways.
  • Cutting grass, clearing fallen debris and weed killing.
  • Replanting on request.
  • Garden design on request
  • Land clearance
  • Organisation and overseeing tree felling

Maintenance & Management Contracts

The work is specific to the owner’s requirements.
Garden Maintenance inclusive of machinery.
Monthly visit includes a minimum of __?___ hours per 12 month period, minimum visits for gardens of one visit per month.

Buildings

Since the beginning of the company, Var Villa Holidays have maintained properties.

With our experience, we can undertake any project large or small. The work is carried out by our team or by known and trustworthy contractors under our supervision.
