 This spacious 4-bedroom villa that can sleep up to 8 people, is set within a wooded hillside above the village of La Motte with open views of the villa and the valley toward the sea.

The entrance to the villa is within a courtyard, created by the two wings of the villa, each wing has two bedrooms making this villa ideal for two families.

The villa offers a large open lounge dining room featuring a wonderful old fireplace. This rooms has 3 sets of doors that open onto the front terrace. From the lounge area you can enter the two wings from either side. One side offers you the master bedroom and a large bathroom with shower  en-suite. There is also a twin bedroom plus a shower.

To the other side there is another double bedroom, plus a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a separate WC.

The kitchen is bright and airy and fully equipped and with a small breakfast table, this room also looks out upon the terrace where you can sit under the shade of canopy and enjoy the view.

The villa is set along a wooded track, where you are completely on your own, the garden is mostly left to nature with a forest behind the villa. The large pool is set to one side of the villa with a pool house that give you shade from the sun.

There is plenty of parking space for 3-4 cars.

All linen is included plus pool towels.

Booking notes

Bookings during July & August; Saturday to Saturday

A non-refundable 30% deposit required to book the property.
Balance payment 8 weeks before arrival date.
If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable on booking.
A refundable security deposit 500.00€ is required with balance payment.
Prepayments can be made by international) electronic/wire transfer.

Your arrival time is 4 p.m. and the departure time of 10 a.m.
