This beautifully furnish 5 bedroom villa is located on a hillside with wonderful views of the countryside that surrounds the village of Callas, from the gardens you can see the village and it’s church spire. The village, with its café, bar, restaurants and general store is less than a kilometers walk from the villa along a quite country road, which many years before was the old railway line.

The villa is bright and spacious, with a large dining room, open lounge, with comfortable corner sofas and 2 easy chairs by the fire, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV, both these rooms open out in to the tiered and very interesting garden and pool area.

The kitchen is in a traditional Provencal style, fully equipped with modern appliances. From here you can take your breakfast enjoying the morning sun on the front terrace with a large table and chairs, looking over the country side.

There are 5 bedrooms, 3 double and 2 twin, a bathroom, 2 shower rooms and 3 wc’s. All furnish with quality furniture offering comfort and style.

To the rear of the villa is a most beautiful garden, from a large terrace with table and chairs for evening dining you can enjoy cooking on the Webber gas BBQ.  Set on upward tiers with many footpaths leading to seating areas, a boule court, grassed area, wooden decking area by a cabin plus the swimming pool with a patio and summer lounge area. The gardens are full of shrubs and mature trees, there is a pergola covered by a mature wisteria for shade, everyone will enjoy walking along the pathways discovering the garden as they go.

There is more than plenty space for parking your cars, spoilt for choice. There is a big covered car port for two cars, a double garage plus shade under the mulberry trees to the front of the villa.

From this location you as a big family group or friends and family can have a most relaxing time in this lovely family villa, wonderful gardens, superb pool, totally private and spacious, and yet only a short walk to the village.

Bookings during July & August; Saturday to Saturday at other times it is flexible within a 7 day period

A non-refundable 30% deposit required to book the property.
Balance payment 8 weeks before arrival date.
If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable on booking.
A refundable security deposit 600.00€ is required with balance payment.
Prepayments can be made  by  (international) electronic/wire transfer.

Your arrival time is 4 p.m. and the departure time of 10 a.m.

We visited the villa at Callas in August 2015 and would not hesitate to book again if we are fortunate enough to visit Provence again. The villa is stunning as are the surroundings and location. Although the interior finish is amazing, we barely stayed inside, the pool and outside area were so nice during the day, followed by lunch out the front where it was shady and dinner/bbq out by the back again to escape the sun, followed by drinks and games out in the poolside cabana or boules on your very own court. Upon arrival until we had to leave, the owners have obviously very carefully thought what would be needed and nothing was left to chance, lovely plush pool towels, a fully fitted-kitchen and plenty of fridge/freezer space. The bedrooms were lovely too and the air-conditioning really helped for those warm provencal evenings!

Great location for visiting the Cote d'Azur; Grasse, St Tropez, Nice and Monaco are all just a short drive away and we had great days out there. the village of Callas is a short walk or 2 minute drive and has a lovely little boulangerie, small grocery store, wine cave and some bars/restaurants. Can thoroughly recommend the pizza place! All in all, well done, 5 stars!!
