The villa is set in a wooded area just 3km from the centre of the market village of Lorgues, with it’s cafés, bars, restaurants and shops, plus the bustling Provencal street market each week.

You have a totally private setting for this modernized villa, having an open plan living dining room, leading to a bright newly fitted kitchen. From both these rooms there are double doors leading out into the garden and pool from a covered terrace with table & chairs and views across the tree tops. You will enjoy dining here or just sitting outside reading or lazing by the pool. The villa offers Free View English TV, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi and a phone with local calls setting.

On the ground floor are 2 of the 3 spacious double bedrooms, these both having large shower rooms en-suites with hand basins and WC’s. The third bedroom is off the entrance hall, on an upper level, the original part of the villa, the room is under the roof giving it a cozy feel. The third large shower room is off the entrance hall with a large walk-in shower, hand basin & WC.

Outside the property is the utility room, housing the washing machine, dryer iron and ironing board. There is a washing line in the trees behind the utility room. There is ample parking for two or more cars, under the oak & pine trees that are around the villa. To the covered entrance is a peaceful area to sit in the shade, next to this area is a charcoal BBQ with a serving

table.
