The villa sit high above the village with stunning 180° views of the village below, the Maurs mountain range, Roquebrune and alone the valley to coast of Frejues. Not only does it offer the most wonderful views from the tired gardens with a heated pool, covered outside dining area with fridge, gas BBQ, a large decked setting area and a boule court for you to enjoy,This provides the most peaceful and tranquil setting you could ever hope for with total privacy.
The villas itself offers spacious accommodations. A large open combined lounge and dining room with open views to the pool and countryside. A newly fitted Provencal style kitchen with all modern equipment one would expect.Three bedrooms all with en-suites the master bedroom being the larger of them all with French doors to the pool area and open views, a generous sized fully fitted bathroom with bath, walk-in shower twin hand basins & WC. Two other twin bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. The villa and its gardens provides the perfect holiday setting, to relax and for soaking up the sun and swimming all year round with the pool heated to 25°.
La Motte is a typical Provencal village with winding streets leading from the Place the Mairie to the Clock Tower standing high above the village. From the Place de Horologe you can look down over the village to the river Nartuby that runs south through the village then to an impressive waterfall called Saut du Capelan. The village offers a few local shops, bar, restaurant and The Moulin de Pizay within the centre. Just outside the village are 3 good restaurants, all worth a visit. This area is charming surrounded by vine yards, and the local wine is the pride of the people living here as is the golf course, St. Endreol one of the prettiest around.
The main road into La Motte village is called August 15th Street, La Motte was the first village to be liberated in 1944, you can visit the memorial on the route de Bagnols en Foret just before the main entrance to the golf course.

Your arrival time is 4:00 p.m. and the departure time of 10:00 a.m.
A non-refundable 30% deposit required to book the property.
Balance payment 8 weeks before arrival date.
If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable on booking.
A refundable security deposit £350.00 is required with balance payment.
Payments can be made either by cheque or (international) electronic/wire transfer.
