The beaches of the Cote D Azure are only 28km drive, or if you prefer relax around the pool and garden.
The villa has a tired garden offering many areas to sit, either by the boule court, by the kitchen which is ideal for your morning coffee or by the pool with the open hillside views or in the shade by the lawned area of the garden.
The villa has a modern kitchen and a light and airy open plan lounge - dining room with views to the pool, garden and hillside beyond. From the lounge you have an open stair way leading to the 3 bedrooms; one twin and 2 double, plus the bathroom and the shower room and separate WC's.

The village of Les Arcs-sur-Argens is in two parts, a busy centre with bars, cafes and a good selection of shops, plus a bank and a small weekly market. The second part through the Clock Tower Gateway, you will discover the Medieval village with steep twisting streets lined with old building, fountains, churches toward the Sarrasine tower, which can been seen from miles around. You will be in the oldest area of the medieval village which is called Parage. From here you have open views of the Maure mountains, facing toward where the villa is situated.
Within the Parage and under the tower is a very good restaurant called Logis du Guetteur.

Your arrival time is 4:00 p.m. and the departure time of 10:00 a.m
A non-refundable 30% deposit required to book the property. Balance payment 8 weeks before arrival date. If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable on booking. A refundable security deposit £350.00 is required with balance payment.Payments can be made either by cheque or (international) electronic/wire transfer.
