Tucked away in a side street just behind the main coast road to the beach and the centre of the seafront village of St Maxime sits this lovely apartment in a quiet residential area, off the main road. It is one 7 apartments converted from a large stone villa. The building is surrounded by a lovely private gardens with a large pool, petanque area and shaded by mature trees, ideal on these hot summer days. There is a private parking area within the secure gardens

The apartment is on the ground floor with a small terrace over looking the pool. Inside there is a comfortable living area with an equipped corner kitchen, dining table and chairs a double sofa bed with matching pine furniture plus a single chair that converts into a bed.

The bedroom has a king size bed and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with an over head shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet.

All this is within minutes from the beach, village centre and the port from where you can catch a ferry to Port Grimaud and St. Tropez. St Maxime is a lively place day and night with plenty of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. During the summer there is the most colourful street market open every night within the village centre. All this is just a walk away from the apartment. Within the local area there are many beautiful sandy beaches, a golf course, tennis, water sports and a water park. Visit the picturesque villages of Cogolin, Gassin, Grimaud all within a short drive from the apartment.
