The villa is set in a peaceful location only 4 km from the Medieval village of Les Arcs-sur-Argens within a private domain. This villa is situated on the hillside with an interrupted view overlooking the rolling hills of the Maures Massiff. This wonderful view can be seen from the rear of the villa with its open & covered terrace, a lovely place to have your morning coffee. The pool also looks out upon the open view.
The villa offer spacious accommodation, lounge with an open fire, large dining room and a fully fitted modern kitchen with a breakfast fast. There are 3 double bedrooms ,
3 bathrooms & WC’s. The villa has a TV (not totally with UK free view) Wi-Fi
The tired garden offer many places to sit or enjoy walking about between the mature shrubs and plants. The pool area is to a lower tire of the garden which has the open views to the hills and rives beyond. Within this interesting garden there are 3 sitting areas .
There is parking for 2 cars.
Linen is provide plus pool towels The village of Les Arcs-sur-Argens is in two parts, a busy centre with bars, cafes and a good selection of shops, plus a bank and a small weekly market. The second part through the Clock Tower Gateway, you will discover the Medieval village with steep twisting streets lined with old building, fountains, churches toward the Sarrasine tower, which can been seen from miles around. You will be in the oldest area of the medieval village which is called Parage. From here you have open views of the Maure mountains, facing toward where the villa is situated. Within the Parage and under the tower is a very good restaurant called Logis du Guetteur.

Your arrival time is 4 p.m. and the departure time of 10 a.m
A non-refundable 30% deposit required to book the property. Balance payment 8 weeks before arrival date. If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable on booking. A refundable security deposit £350.00 is required with balance payment.Payments can be made either by cheque or (international) electronic/wire transfer.
