This large Provencal farmhouse is full of charm and has been furnish throughout with great care and attention with regard to the age of the property. It is 1.5 km from the popular market village of Le Muy and sits within a large secluded terraced garden and meadow of 1 hectare bounded by mature trees, hedging and secure fencing. The swimming pool is in the style of an ancient basin with raised edged walls of white stone La Petite Ferme offers   spacious accommodation including a large living room with Television/ DVD (UK TV) and a wood burning stove.

The traditional Provencal kitchen is to the rear of the open living room, having the large dining table in this part of the living space. Adjoining the living room is a bright, sunny sitting room come sun lounge

which looks onto the garden and pool area. From the kitchen is a covered terrace with seating for up to 10, and a built-in BBQ/outside kitchen. This all looks out upon a secluded back garden with mature trees, seating and a traditional lavoir as a garden feature.
