This Provencal villa with a heated pool within a peaceful wooded location;  which combines all the modern conveniences of today alongside the charm of the French style of living. The villa offers a rural setting as well as being located between  Les Arcs-sur-Argens village and the large town of Draguignan, making it an ideal  base  to enjoy everything from Provencal villages to the sandy beaches. 

This is a very spacious villa is a perfect setting for a vacation with family and friends, it happily accommodates up to 10 guests.  It sits in a large wooded garden, not over looked with a total private pool area, plenty of parking and a children’s play area with its own Pirates Ship tree-house.

To the front of the villa, before you enter the main hall is an outside covered terrace that has a comfortable sofa and seating area, a place to read and take shade from the sun.

The large lounge dining room with an open fire place, TV with free view Sky; plus HiFi and Wi-Fi from here you have a very well equipped Provencal kitchen, walking out into the breakfast room with views to the side garden that has another seating area under the tress.

To the ground floor are 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning, one double the other a twin and both have doors onto the terrace that leads to the pool and garden. To this floor is the full bathroom, a shower room plus a separate WC and a utility room.

The first floor has a roomy covered sun terrace that affords views over the heated pool and gardens beyond. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms have direct access onto the sun terrace with wicker style furniture. Also on this floor you will find a third bedroom, shower room and separate WC.  All the bedroom are fitted with air conditioning for added comfort.

The mature wooded garden of about 1 .6 acres is fenced and offers space for children to play, on the tree-house and swings. The large heated pool and paved seating area with sun beds and table & chairs;  is located to the rear of the villa, giving everyone plenty of room to laze and enjoy the outside.  To the outside area there is a full shower room with WC. From the garden you can take the stairs direct access to the first floor sun terrace.
