This 100 year old newly renovated Luxury villa offer spacious accommodations, totally private gardens and pool set in the hillside and forest with views towards the town and yet only a five minutes drive to the centre of Draguignan with its shops, cafés, bars, theatre, cinemas , a great choice of restaurants, street markets and much more.
Walk into the large open living room with comfortable sofas, log fire, plasma TV, DVD, music system surround sound. Through the French doors to the bright and airy dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, this is a great social part of the villa cooking and chatting, taking time to enjoy meal time. From the dining area you can walk out to the covered seating area with views to the pool and garden. Here you will find a traditional coal BBQ and for those who prefer, a modern gas BBQ.
As you start to go towards the two roomy bedrooms you will pass through an office with computer/ Internet connection; free modem phone worldwide to landlines and for you to enjoy a selection of hundreds of DVD's and books. At this level is a separate WC & hand basin.
From the landing are the two bedrooms, both with 5 foot double beds, both with air conditioned, and one with a shower room which has a double sized walk-in shower, the other with a bathroom and luxury centre bath to the room.
To the front of the villa is a red brick terrace overlooking the town, a glass dining table with chairs which makes for a perfect place for evening dining. The pool is set in the middle of the lawn, to one side you have the backdrop of the rock face the villa and gardens are set into.
There is ample parking, a garage for one car plus a car port to the side of the villa and court yard with inner gates. At the main entrance to the villa, there are automatic gates that leads up along a 200 metre lane to the villa itself. There are NO neighbours

Flexiable start and finish days, minimum stay 7 nights
Your arrival time is 4:00 p.m. and the departure time of 10:00 a.m.
A non-refundable 30% deposit required to book the property.
Balance payment 8 weeks before arrival date.
If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable on booking.
A refundable security deposit £300.00 is required with balance payment.
Payments can be made either by cheque or (international) electronic/wire transfer.
