This delightful 18th Century converted silk mill sits in the Provence countryside with olive groves and vineyards just outside the medieval village of Les Arces-Sur-Argens. The villa faces south with views of the Massif des Maures mountain range from all windows. Mature mulberry trees shade part of the frontage to the villa, while grape vines grow on the villa walls. The villa is full of character. It has been tastefully modernised, but at the same time keeping its charm. A cosy lounge with low beamed ceiling and log burner. The kitchen is very well equipped (dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer) and houses a large table where the family can gather, or use the dining room with it's wood burner. There are 4 bedrooms, all bright and sunny, plus 2 bathrooms. Main garden to the front of the villa with meadow lawns and gravelled areas, plenty of parking. The pool receives full sunlight with wooden decking area the complete pool area is surrounded by mature shrubs. For outside dining there is a built-in BBQ and table and chairs under the shade of the old mulberry tree.

The market vilage of Les Arces-Sur-argens is dominated by the tower of the medieval village high on the hillside. Spend time walking around the old part of the village, or the newer parts with local shops, bars and restaurants. It is only a few minutes drive from the A8 autoroute and has a main rail link, which includes TGV. There are 7 golf courses all within an hours drive. The golf course of St Endreol in La Motte, is only 10km from the villa. Also within an easy drive, the beaches of the Cote D'Azur, the Alpes Maritime and Cannes and Nice.
