PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The villa has been built to the highest specifications and is situated within a private guarded and is very quiet domain with shared access to lovely gardens surrounding the large swimming pool that you can walk to from the villas private garden. The villa is beautifully built with wooden ceiling beams, an open fireplaces and tiled floors, to retain a sense of Provencal charm and luxury with beautiful decoration and all the modern amenities you could wish for. The villa is ideally situated to take advantage of the fabulous St Endreol golf course, a course that is highly reputed 18-hole golf course set in the unspoilt natural beauty of this area, is simply one of Provence’s best, cleverly designed offering a good challenge to golfers of all standards.
 
THE VILLA offers all the comfort of home and wonderful views across the rolling hills of the Provencal country side. A cloakroom to the entrance, the hall then walks into an open lounge with a log fire, to the rear of the room is the dinning area, both areas of the room looks out through French doors onto the patio with table and chairs and into the private garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped which is furnish in a traditional Provencal style looking out to the front of the villa with its small paved patio area.
 
To the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom with a balcony looking over the rear garden and beyond to the pool has an en-suite bathroom with WC. The two other bedrooms have twin beds. There is also a separate shower room and WC.

All linen is provided.
 

La Motte is a typical Provencal village with winding streets leading from the Place the Mairie to the Clock Tower standing high above the village. From the Place de Horologe you can look down over the village to the river Nartuby that runs south through the village then to an impressive waterfall called  Saut du Capelan. The village offers a few local shops, bar, restaurant and The Moulin de Pizay within the centre. Just outside the village are 3 good restaurants, all worth a visit. This area is charming surrounded by vine yards, and the local wine is the pride of the people living here as is the golf course, St. Endreol one of the prettiest around.

The main road into La Motte village is called August 15th Street, La Motte was the first village to be liberated in 1944, you can visit the memorial on the route de Bagnols en Foret just before the main entrance to the golf course.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

 

Flexiable start and finish days, minimum stay 7 nights during June, July, August & September. At other times we offer short breaks 4 days minimum.

 

 Your arrival time is 4 p.m. and the departure time of 10 a.m

 

A non-refundable 30% deposit required to book the property.

Balance payment 8 weeks before arrival date.

If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable on booking.

A refundable security deposit £300.00 is required with balance payment.

Payments can be made either by cheque or (international) electronic/wire transfer.
