To the rear of the property is a large open terrace with views to the hillside and the pool. The terrace offer a great place to dine with table, chairs and gas BBQ/grill. You can also sit in the shade of a covered front terrace beside the boule court. The pool sit totally secure, large paved area for sun beds and the pool/utility room with drinks fridge with freezer, washing machine and separate WC. Ample secure parking to the front of the villa. Linen is provided including pool towels.

Your arrival time is 4 p.m. and the departure time of 10a.m
A non-refundable 30% deposit required to book the property.
Balance payment 8 weeks before arrival date.
If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable on booking.
A refundable security deposit £300.00 is required with balance payment.
Payments can be made either by cheque or (international) electronic/wire transfer.
