Just outside the village of Flayosc is this family villa with 3 bedrooms and within its own Olive Grove of over 80 trees. The villa faces south and sits above the olive trees with views of the village beyond. The garden with a pool is completely private and is not over looked.

The villa has a large sunny conservatory leading from the lounge/dining room, this is furnish with wicker chairs and a table and chairs. The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished including a sofa bed and a TV, DVD player which you can play music through. The newly fitted kitchen has easy access to the dining area keeping a modern light and open feeling to the living space of the villa. It is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave from the kitchen is a utility room with plenty of storage area. From the utility room and the side of the conservatory there is a sunny open terrace a great place for outside dining, from here are a set of steps taking you to the lower garden and pool area. There are 3 bedrooms, all bright and airy; two have double beds and one with twin beds. There are two newly completed bath/shower rooms both with WC's. Outside the front of the villa there is a parking for two cars plus parking space to the lower garden.

The pool is 8 x 4 meters with one end being shallow and the deepest part in the middle of the pool. The pool is fenced in by a low fence or hedging and the pool has been fitted with an alarm.
