The location of this very well appointed ground floor apartment has  its own entrance to a private terrace is within  gated grounds and has  parking for up to two cars. The centre of Draguignan is only a 1.6 km walk, with its many bars, cafés, restaurants, shops and a very busy street market twice weekly. This is an ideal base for discovering this wonderful area or just for taking time out to relax.

The apartment has an open living area with a sofa bed, comfy arm chairs and a dining table for 4, there is a TV and DVD play, the TV has some English spoken channels but not Sky (free view).The kitchen is very well equipped, fridge-freezer, microwave, new hob and small oven and a small breakfast table.

The comfortable double bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes, plus there is an extra cupboard/wardrobe to the lounge, ideal for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed.  There is a bright shower room with hand basin and washing machine, plus there is a separate WC.

The apartment is fitted with Air Condition; all linen is provided including pool towels. There is a end of stay service charge of 40€.

To the front of the apartment is your private gated terrace and BBQ, from here you can gain entrance to the sheared pool, which also is gated, therefore safe for children.  There is a table and chairs and a large canopy for shade from the afternoon sun. <-->
