This wonderful part of France was hit by devastating flood on the late afternoon of 15th June 2010
Our thoughts go out to those who have lost loved ones. Our thoughts are those who have lost their homes with all their belongings. Our thoughts are with those who have lost their livelihoods.
I live in La Motte a small village that was hit by the floods, but today, Mondays 21st June, the people of our village have bought the life back, our shops and restaurants are now open, the repairs to the roads have been made, the life of the village continues , as, it is to all the area that had been affected.
Everyone is working hard to bring life back to this small part of The Var, you can help by supporting them and continuing to come here for your holidays, enjoying everything the Var can offer.
